Sir Paul McCartney held a last-minute, pop-up show at New York’s Bowery Ballroom last night (Tues, Feb 11th), which immediately sold-out after it was announced on Instagram.
Tickets for ‘Paul McCartney Rocks The Brewery’ were available exclusively at the Bowery Ballroom box office, with none sold online, and none available at the door.
The Bowery Ballroom, with a capacity of 575, is located at 6 Delancey Street in Manhattan. It was McCartney’s first New York City performance in nearly three year (he last played New Jersey’s MetLife Stadium during his Got Back Tour in 2022.). That performance featured appearances by Bruce Springsteen, Jon Bon Jovi, and also included a virtual appearance by John Lennon.
The 82-year-old McCartney wrapped the latest leg of his Got Back tour in December with two consecutive performances at London’s O2 Arena. Launched in 2022, the Got Back trek took McCartney to arenas and stadiums across North America, South America, Europe and Australia.
